I usually also have problems with this... Did you try this?!

Pick up your polygons (usually the front face of your logo) and put them on an
empty layer (Layer 1 for this example)

Go to layer 2 and, using your logo as reference, make a subdivided box (20
segments on the XX axis by 20 segments on the YY axes, for example) that
covers your entire logo.

In the Tools menu choose Drill/Core (the axis depends on your logo
orientation. Usually is the ZZ axis). This will cut your subdivided box with
the shape of your logo, making it evenly subdivided... Well, almost, anyway...
